By using Bedtime Stories, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be 18+ or have parental permission.

The Service

We provide AI-powered personalized bedtime story generation with free (3 stories/week) and premium (unlimited) tiers. Stories are generated using AI and stored in your account.

Your Content

You own your stories. Publishing publicly gives us a license to display them.

Public Stories

When you publish publicly, anyone can view your story including the child's name. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Prohibited Content

Don't create or publish stories with hate speech, violence, sexual content, illegal activities, or personal information of others.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions auto-renew and can be cancelled anytime. Generally non-refundable except as required by law.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee AI content quality, service availability, or appropriateness for all children. Review all content before sharing with children.

Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or damages exceeding what you paid in the last 12 months.
